“Evolution of the Pop-Up” was published in the American Bar Association Probate & Property Journal in May/June 2023. It was co-authored by Glenn Wright and Robin Abrams, Vice Chairman of Compass Realty.

“Billboard Leasing” was published in the American Bar Association Probate & Property Journal in May/June 2024. It was co-authored by Glenn Wright of Wright Law Firm, Marnie C. Cody, and Richard F. Hamlin of Hamlin/Cody in Santa Monica, California. The article covered the history of billboard regulation, the various types of traditional and digital billboards, and the practical concerns of outdoor advertising companies and property owners when entering into a billboard lease. 

 

Glenn Wright, Esq. participated as a faculty member in a National Strafford Publications Seminar titled “Lease vs. License: Short-Term Property Use, Access, and Exclusive Control, Termination, Remedies” on May 4th, 2023. This seminar covered licenses versus leases for short-term occupancy use, addressing when a license should be considered, the necessary contract terms, and the available termination provisions and remedies. The faculty panel included Glenn Wright, Robin Abrams, Vice Chairman of Compass Realty, and Aimee B. Davis, Esq. , Founder of the Aimee B. Davis Law Firm.

Glenn Wright, Esq., was a faculty member at a National Strafford Publications Seminar on “Billboard Lease Agreements: Key Considerations for Landlords and Tenants” on May 11th, 2023. This CLE course reviewed essential provisions in billboard lease agreements and discussed unique concerns for landlords and tenants, including site suitability, use restrictions, rent structuring, and relocation and termination rights. The faculty panel included Glenn Wright of Wright Law Firm, Marnie C. Cody, and Richard F. Hamlin of Hamlin/Cody in Santa Monica, California.
